Background Research

We conduct needs assessments, literature reviews, best-practice research and landscape scans to inform clients’ decision-making and program design.

Program Evaluation

We lead developmental, formative and process evaluations designed to provide timely, useful information. We report findings in clear, accessible formats. 

Instrument Design

We bring extensive experience and expertise designing surveys, protocols, interview guides, and other data collection tools. We partner with clients to create program review instruments, benchmarking rubrics and multi-stage performance assessments.
